This class is an opportunity to better understand some basic tenets of Buddhism, including topics such as WHAT IS MEDITATION, REBIRTH, KARMA, DEATH, THE MIND, DELUSIONS, BODHICHITTA, LIBERATION, ENLIGHTENMENT.
A chance to ask your own questions, and practice a simple breathing meditation.
EVERYONE WELCOME, whether new or experienced.
