Special Sunday program 

with HOLIDAY BRUNCH (Vegetarian potluck)

Meditations to make our giving deeper, more meaningful, and become a continual practice, all year long. Teachings and guided meditations with Kadam Carol.

December!… this is when we try to practice “giving”. In this season, it is very common to feel depleted and frustrated for not having enough to give to everyone.  There Is a meditation method to benefit all living beings, in a more meaningful way, that you’ll learn in this special session.
