What is Lamrim? “A Tibetan term, leterally meaning “stages of the path”, a special arrangement of all Buddha’s teachings that is easy to understand and put into practice. It reveals all the stages of the path to enlightenment.”  It forms the backbone of our Kadampa practice, coming from Buddha Maitreya, refined by Atisha (the first Kadampa) and then by Je Tsongkhapa as the New Kadampa Tradition, which we practice today.
