GP classes are open to students of all levels including beginners, and meet weekly.
Our center offers several GP classes weekly: in person Sundays 10 am, Tuesdays at 6:30 pm (or members only, CURRENTLY ONLINE.)
Each class includes two guided meditations, teaching and discussion.
