GP classes are open to students of all levels including beginners, and meet weekly.
Our center offers several GP classes weekly: Sundays 10 am, Mondays 7 pm, and Tuesdays at 6 pm, Wednesdays, meditation at 12:15-12:45 pm– CURRENTLY ONLINE.
Each class includes two guided meditations, teaching and discussion.
