Opening our Wisdom Eyes
Online guided weekend meditation retreat
April 23-24
Understanding how things actually exist and our relationship to them can help us live with more peace, joy and clarity.
This meditation retreat is open to everyone and is ideal for those seeking an inspiring, enjoyable and practical presentation of Buddhist meditation and wisdom. On this retreat you will learn how to identify with your highest spiritual potential and how, through practicing traditional meditations taught by Buddha, you can bring abundant joy and lightness into your daily life.
Each guided meditation session will include practical instructions and time for meditation. The sessions are taught by resident Teachers at our centers in Florida, Gen Kelsang Jindak and Kadam Carol Lutker. Each teacher carries a wealth of personal experience, and, throughout the retreat will offer clear guidance and instruction in a way that is down to earth, practical and inspiring.
Between sessions there is time to relax, rest, and spend time with like-minded friends on zoom. Your own peaceful surroundings will help you to let go of mental busyness and feel at peace.
